语病应该没有,不过读起来怪怪的
个人意见：
The company will have a vacation for three days during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday.
另外公司关门不能简单翻译为be closed

Day 就有“节”的意思，此处与“holiday”重复。
建议使用：
During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the company will take a holiday for three days.
