when we need a pilot at sea or at anchor what should we do?

first ,we must call the polit station for the information ,that contains our ship name ,call sign ,EPA ,and position ,and so on ,by
radio.
then ,wait at there for the polit ,and stand by engine!
at deck ,we hoist "G"flag.
and lower the polit ladder ,and set the safty nets!
