首先这个句子没有given和provided啊?
这里had there been no hot girl in picture,是条件虚拟语气的倒装句,省略了引导词if所以倒桩了,原型是 if there had been no hot girl in picture.但奇怪的是在条件虚拟语气中,结构有两种形式,一种是对现在的虚拟主句是would do,从句用过去时；另一种是对过去虚拟,主句用would have done/ would do,从句用过去完成时.
按道理这个句子里的will应该是Would.
