The Way to Keep Health
Health is very important to us all,and we have many ways to keep healthy.First of all,we should have a balanced diet.We should eat more vegetables and fruit which contain vitamins and fibres.We should seldom eat creams,coffee an chocolate which contain lots of fat and sugar and can make us fat easily.Second,we should be in the good habit of living,including no-smoking and no-drinking.In addition,we should do more exercise and have enough sleep.
