选A啦,explaining和explained都是由explain变化而成的,但是explaining强调的是主动解释,explained的意思应该是被动的,这句话想表达的是我写信给汽车经销商来解释我的车曾经发生了什么,应选主动语态的explaining.其中这句话因为有了动词wrote而后面不能直接用动词原型.
