翻译分为直译和意译
如果只是口头上的
就译成： He is 28, I 20.
如果是比较正式一点的。就可以表达成“ He is 28 years old and I am 20 years old .其实在正常情况下。后面的 years old 是可以省略的、
“he is 28 while I am 20 years-old.”
