能求你帮我个忙（帮我一下）,把车中买的东西搬下来吗?
这里问的是give someone a hand on (doing) something的句子
不能用for,如果用介词只能用on
你的句子中没有on,就只能用carrying了

A COULD 后面不用加ING 或ED 因为是帮忙不是现在 或者已经在做这个事情了，排除C和D。B 不选的原因是语法习惯吧， GIVE IT TO ME ,没有见过GIVE IT FOR ME 的，这样不是很礼貌！
