The condition of this obligation are：
1． If the Bidder withdraws its Bid during the period of bid validity specified by the Bidder in the Bid Submission Sheet,Except as provided in ITB Sub-clause 20.2; or
2． If the bidder,having been notified of the acceptance of its bid by the Purchaser during the period of bid validity;
(a) falls or refuses to execute the contract; or
(b) falls or refuses to furnish the Performance Security,in accordance with the ITB Clause 44; or
(c) falls or refuses to accept the correation of its Bid by the Purchaser,pursuant to ITB Clause 31.
We undertake to pay to the Purchaser up to the above amount upon receipt of its first writen demand and the original guarantee,without the Purchaser having to substaniate its demand provided that in its demand the Purchaser states that the amount clamed by it is due to it,owing to the occurrence of one or both of the above conditions,specifying the occurred condition.
This security ehall remain in force up to and including twenty-eight(28) days after the period of bid validity,I.E.until Oct.26,2006 and any demand in respect thereof should be received by the Guarantor no later than the above date.
Upon expiry,please return the original guarantee to us for cancellation.But whether it is returned to us or not,the guarantee will automatically become null void after its expiry date.
