it can improve your listening or speaking skills to some extent,but can everybody understand each other?The answer is negative.As for the latter,I'm sure it is the most suitable way which the classes ought to be taught in.At the same time,speaking in Chinese is able to describe something in the way that can sharpen your understanding.Some people may think it weaken the atmosphere of English.I just want to say that the English class belongs to all the students but not a part.Only if all of us take an active part in the English class can we receive a nicer effect of learning.
In a word,I completely tend toward the English class being taught in both Chinese and English.
