it's time的用法 请问it's time we call it a day是正确的吗?不是说it's time 的用法是It's time to do sth It's time for sb to do sth It's time that +从句 这些吗

对的 不过把that省略了而已 就是一般的定语从句 这里that可以删掉

It's time 如果后面接从句，应用过去时态。如 It's time that we went to bed. that 可以省略。It's time (for sb.) to do sth 都是可以的。英语有些是固定用法，但有些短语虽然固定，但用起来在句子中还是很灵活的。

it‘s time that 的句型是存在的。
但是 此句型和 以下句型 一样要用虚拟语气
it's (about/high) time that sb did sth.
用过去时态的虚拟。
所以第一句需要修改
it's time we called it a day.
