Today the students of our Grade One began to receive a one-week military training. We got up at around 5 o’clock in the morning. The burning sun was shining. It was such a hot day that we could not find any cool place on the playground. From time to time I felt the sweat streams running down my face. However, all of us are in high spirits and tried our best to do as the drillmaster told us to. Our drillmaster is a young PLA man, who is about twenty years old. He was very strict with us. Through the military training, we have got to know more about army life and have learned some knowledge of military affairs. Though I am tired now, I feel very happy.
