A Future Change ——Rising early and going to bed early
Recently,I have learned a beneficial English proverb ——To rise early and go to bed early makes a peson healthy ,weathy and wise.It is not the same with my present life style.Therefore,I have made up my mind to make a change in my life in the near future because I'd like to live healthily and wisely while gaining some wealth .(63w)
Nowadys,with the development of society and the increase in people's wealth,more and more people have begun to change their ideas about life.Much more empasis is put in the quality of life,especially ,health has become the most important of all.However,I used to stay up late and that often made me tired and inefficiency while working.(59w)
In order to live a healthier life and help myself become wiser,I decide to make such a change from this week on.I think it not so difficult for me to do this.(33w)
What's more,I will make the change by finishing all my work in the daytime but not put some of it to the later of the day.In addition,I will try to achieve this goal by watching less TV at night .I am sure I can make it in the future.(52w)
