不可以。
本来是remind Sb. (you) of sth. (that terrible tie) 的结构，后面的you bought yesterday是定语从句用来修饰that terrible tie,省略了关系代词that.你要一换位置，就完全不对了。

从语法上似乎没毛病，但是不合乎习惯。remind sb.of sth.而非remindsb.of that 从句。
可以改成 I needn't remind you of the fact that you bought the terrible tie yesterday.我不必提醒你昨天你买了一条糟糕的领带（这件事）吧。
