1.more+什么名词（可数还是不可数）

1.more后面可以跟复数名词 ,不可数名词还可以跟形容词副词
2.此处 it是代词,代替do more exercise“做更多锻炼”这件事而不是代替exercise it可用so 替换 this 不行
Do more exercise and eat more vegetables,if you do them,you will be fit
中的them代替Do more exercise and eat more vegetables两件事所以用them
但是也可以用so

1.more+可数和不可数都可以，当加的是可数事用复数形式
2.第一句中的it我认为可以去掉，但是不能换成this。第二句中的them不能用this替换，因为所指的不止一种情况。

1. more后面既可以接可数名词也可以接不可数名词。
如：I need more apples/ water.
2. 第一句中的it不可以换，因为it通常用来指带前问提到的事物。后一句的不可以用this换，因为do more exercise and eat more vegetables是两件事。
youself指“你自己”。youselves指“你们自己”...

3 youself和youselves的区别很明显啊 前者表示单数意义，后者表示复数意义
