对于一般的人初看句子似乎可能很多单词不懂
,其实也根本不用懂
An...as ...,这还不是一个完整的句子,所以前面不能加that
而B选项,An...是一个词组,直接当作主语

B对。photosynthesis光合作用，是 An extremely important process的同位语，具体说明process.但photosynthesis前应加上逗号。
A不对，That 开头引导的应是主语从句，但此处他不是一个句子；再者同位语不能置于句首。
