通常to do是未做的事,doing是已经做了的事
It is nice to see you.是见到人的时候说的,分手的时候就说It is nice seeing you.
如果用overcoming的话,就是已经克服了困难而觉得很难,to overcome是觉得很难去克服困难,也就是还没有克服

只能用 to overcome
it (is) difficult to overcome the difficulties
it指代后面的 to overcome 不定式
