这个是固定格式,前面的是错误的语法
如果要用前面的只能用if 引导的条件状语从句,Would you mind if I do sth?
比如
Would you mind my opening the windows?你介意开窗吗?
Would you mind if I open the windows?

这两种形式都正确。mind “介意”后面跟动名词作宾语。动名词的逻辑主语既可以是人称代词的宾格(me,him,her...)，也可以是形容词性的物主代词（my,his,her,..)
