Within 14 days of the Contractor receiving any payment under the Main Contract which is by way of release of retention moneys for the Main Works or where under the Main Contract the Main Works are to be completed by sections,then for the last of such sections in which the Goods are comprised,the Contractor shall pay the Supplier the relevant proportion of the retention moneys held under this Supply Agreement.
