关于that，是定语从句时才不能放在逗号隔开的后面吗？其他从句呢？

不是。一般都连着

只有非限定性定语从句才会用逗号隔开，但是它用的都是which
其他从句不用逗号隔开像题目那个句子
或者你举个例子

不过这个句子不加逗号也是对的，其实我常见的反而是不加逗号
而且it is……that……其实是固定句型
