Thanks to the question you mentioned has been verified that is the problem of the email of your company failed to send out.We were known,by the call of Stella yesterday,you sent out the S/O,but the truth is we haven't received it.So we are not responsible and will not compensate for that.As you know,before the cargo reaching the Shenzhen Custom,we could not get the SEAL No.and the container No.It will be impossible for us to give you the numbers,mentioned above,on Wednesday while we got the S/O from on Monday.If this problem cannot be dealt,we have to contract to your boss directly.Please understand our situation.
