第一个是个短语be pleasant to do sth 注意这个短语的意思,他有被动的意思.
第二个是固定句式it is important for sb(sth) to do sth ,be update 就是表被动
这个可以参照 I have homework to do ,to是主动,就是我有些作业要去做,去做就是作业被我做.用主动表被动.

第一个句子中company和deal with构成逻辑上的动宾关系，在这个结构中用不定时的主动式；
第二个句子中it是形式主语，不定式是真正的主语，要用被动语意才恰当。
