1.How to Keep Healthy?
More and more people care about their health nowadays.Hower,not all the people know how to keep healthy.Well,in my opinion,first,it is necessary to form a healthy eating habit.We should eat more vegetables and fruit,such as apples and pears.We had better not take too much meat and fat,which would do harm to our health.Second,it is important to do regular exercise,including running,swimming and playing ball games.Exercise can build up our bodies.Third,have enough sleep.We should have a sleep of not less than 8 hours every night.Let's try to keep healthy.
