有两种不同的回答 但是意思完全不同：
1)No,there isn't. 意为：是的，瓶里基本没水了。（因为“没有水”是否定的，所以用no来回答）
2）Yes, there is. 意为：不，瓶里还有水。（因为“还有水”表达的是肯定的，所以用yes来回答）
总之，记住一点：yes 后面只能接肯定的；no 后面只能接否定的。所以要根据所要表达的意思来确定是用yes 还是 n...

注意这里有一个易错的地方，就是根据我们的中文理解，中国学生容易说出

注意yes,no和后面的is,isn`t必须时时对应

翻译疑问句回答的是时候，疑问的话题是肯定就肯定回答，是否定就否定回答。但是翻译的时候是根据句子意思回答。
原句说的是瓶子里没水。要是真的没水，就回答no，但是翻译成同意的意思，就是“是的”，这里的no并不是反对的意思，简单来说就是对事不对人。
还有记得没有yes，there isn't或者no，there is这类的用法...
