随着现代社会经济的发展,如何留住核心员工是任何企业都在关心的问题,本文从赫茨伯格的双因素理论出发,分析了现在我国在应用双因素理论中的一些问题,分析在管理实践中的 “激励—保健“这两方面因素的具体内容并且灵活的运用他们.在企业中不同的员工有着不同的需要,本文也探讨了双因素理论在企业管理过程中对不同员工的具体运用.
