I seldom/never take notice of/pay attention to her after she has made mistake before.
句型可以用pay attention to sb./sth.或take notice of sb./sth.
after做为连接词,是在什么之后.最后的一个before表示在以前,意思即什么时犯错的.

pay attention的用法应该是pay attention to sb，而不是像你那样用。
I pay attention to her seldom
I never pay attention to her
后面的连词应该用after不是用before
after she did the mistake
