in the bed ，一般不用介词的话，就表示比较不字面的意思，at hospital就是在医院上班，而加介词就是在医院，at table 也是吃饭，加介词就是在桌子边上。
感觉直接跟年份，首先不能选s的，s的是跟在70s，60s，80s表示年代，70年代，80年代中叶的，具体的年份。我第一语感就是不能选the，我手里的语法书上找不到这个，如果非要解释，就是如果不强调年份，不是特指，年份...
