Who studies maths better between you and him/her? 你们(两个人)之间谁的数学比较好?
或
Who studies maths best among all of you? 你们(三人或以上)当中谁的数学比较好
among 后跟的是三人或以上. 但better是用于两人或两部分的比较.因此是矛盾的.

-er 是比较，表示什么比什么更。。
-est是最高级，表示什么东西最。。

Who studies maths best among all of you? ( among 表示有三个人或三人以上，应用最高级）
Chen Fei runs fastest of we all. （也是应该用最高级）
The man walked faster and faster , then we could't see him. ( fast 的比较级就是faster ,不用加much)
