可能时间隔久了,我记得不准了吧,我做了修改：
考点：表达 xx也一样
因为原句中出现了is和studies两个动词,从句子的平行关系上看,CD都只对应一个动词,所以排除；
be the same with ...这个词组确实有,意思是也一样；可能这道题要考察的是有前面的那句话存在时该如何回答,而这个词组虽可表达这个意思却不能用在这里回答前面的话,所以排除A.
所以,如果前面出现的动词不一致 ,用B.
