I hope the good weather is coming early and the bad weather 【going】 away quickly.

之所以改go 为going, 就是为了和前面的is coming 时态的一致,可以看成是the bad weather 【is going】 away quickly.的省略式, 承前省

目测不对，and并列两个短语，故is coming 和go away就是矛盾。并且hope sb/sth do 所以weather后面应该接come，然后early是和以前相比，故应该是earlier。

不对，两句的时态不太对成，或者说，is coming 进行时来表示将来时，后一个the bad weather 应该用“will go away qucikly”
