A serious problem in our world right now is that to many children are overweight. I'm a teacher in a school and a lot of students here are overweight. Parents need to help their children solve this problem.
First, you should be more focused on their children’s health. If they eat healthier, they will be healthier. Some children think that healthy foods taste bad. But that isn’t true. It’s up to you to help your children have a meal that’s good for them every day.
Also, you can encourage them to take part insome activities out of school like playing sports. That’ll get them fit and healthy.
