随着时代的发展和科技的进步,人力资源,特别是人才在企业发展中起到了越来越重要的作用.而企业也越来越重视对于人力资源的培养、考核等方面.对于这些方面,当今企业普遍采用的是“绩效考核”这一办法,通过这一考核,员工自己可以了解自身在哪方面有提高,哪方面有不足,对于效率低的行为,员工也可以做出相应的改进,而对于企业方,绩效考核也是奖惩员工的重要依据.在现实中,很多企业,特别是中小企业虽然制定了绩效考核依据,但在使用过程中并没有完全做到规范化,也没有发挥出这一考核标准应有的作用.
中小企业在现今日益竞争激烈的环境下,要想占有一席之地,得到发展,就要合理有效的对人力资源进行使用和管理.
本文对某某公司在管理运营过程中使用绩效考核来管理员工而出现的问题进行分析,并给出部分解决办法.首先对绩效考核的概念,理论等方面进行了阐述,说明了绩效考核在管理中的重要作用,接着分析了某某公司在实际应用中存在的问题,找出出现问题的原因,然后针对这些问题提出了相应措施及改进方法,完善该公司绩效考核体系,促进员工和公司的持续发展.

In this paper, the xx company in the process of operation management performance assessment to use in staff management and appear problems were analyzed, and gives some solutions. First, the concept of performance appraisal theory was discussed the performance assessment, and explains the important role in management, and then analyse the xx company in the actual problem in application, find out the cause of the problem, and then in the light of these problems, advances some corresponding measures and improving methods, improve the company performance appraisal system, and promote the employees and the company's sustainable development.
