In this paper, the xx company in the process of operation management performance assessment to use in staff management and appear problems were analyzed, and gives some solutions. First, the concept of performance appraisal theory was discussed the performance assessment, and explains the important role in management, and then analyse the xx company in the actual problem in application, find out the cause of the problem, and then in the light of these problems, advances some corresponding measures and improving methods, improve the company performance appraisal system, and promote the employees and the company's sustainable development.
