随着能源使用紧张,生态环境等问题的日益突出,汽车行业面临新的挑战.因此混合动力电动汽车应运而生,它以高能量密度的燃油作为主要驱动能源同时以清洁方便的电能为辅助能源,融合了燃油汽车和纯电动车的优点,是最具有市场价值的低排放和低油耗汽车.驱动电机及其控制系统是电动汽车动力系统中的核心部分.永磁同步电机(Permanent magnet synchronous motor,简称 PMSM)具有高效率,高功率密度的特点,在电动汽车上的应用越来越多.本文的内容正是对混合动力车用永磁同步电机的设计.本文采用设计方法基于磁路计算,在设计中采用了两种方案,并对两种方案进行分析对比.最后并将磁路算得的设计参数结果与场算结果进行比较,以验证设计参数的合理性,另外对设计要求主要性能指标进行了仿真,证明了该设计方案的可行性.
