learning english is so much fun or maybe not fun英语作文

Learning English is boring most time as it is not easy to learn a foreign language. Sometime I would ask myself why do we have to learn English. Did our forefathers in Tang Dynasty, Song Dinasty or even Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasty have to learn a foreign language? The answer is no. It is clear we learn English because we are backward compared with the English spoken countries such as England, USA, Canada and Australia. In order to learn advanced scientific knowledge and technology from those countries we have to work hard to learn English. As we have to learn it we should learn it with joy, otherwise it will be very hard to make progress. I have found if we treat English as a subject like Mathmatics or Physics, then it is boring. If we use it as a tool of communication among classmates then it is a lot of fun. Last weekend I went the park and met two girls from Australia, I had a chat with them I was very excited to find that I could make myself understood and was able to understand them. I have never so convenced myself that English is very useful.
