亲 两个句子好像都有问题 应该是There isn't any book on the table.或There aren't many books on the table.意思分别是：桌子上没有一本书（ not any 表示完全否定
）。 桌子上没有许多书（桌子上没有很多书，可能有一两本，数量比较少，not many 是部分否定）。

有，前句意思是说桌上没有任何书，就是桌上一本书也没有，，后者是桌上没有许多书，(也就是桌上或许只有少许书）。。后面一句应该是there are't many books on the table.^_^
