主干 these cars are equal to the ones
Even though they are on sale ,做让步状语从句
in price做谓语be equal to的状语
if not more expensive than做假设状语 not more than与equal to并列 都是在are 后面的
at the other store做the ones的定语

if not more expensive than 是插入语，在这里翻译成(即使)不比某物更贵，言外之意就是虽然不比某物更贵，但至少两者价位是同等的。这里某物就是后面其他商店里的汽车。
