Today,students are getting more and more pressure from school and ambitious parents.School becomes not only a place of education,but also a place of competition.Parents demand high grades from their children because that will make them proud.Lots of parents give rewards for children who do well in school.For example,buy them a new phone if they get 100 on final exam.Although the reward/punishment method does motivates people,this is not a healthy way of educating.For one of the reasons,high test score does not always mean high understanding of knowledge,what can be put on a test is limited.It's not fair to judge if someone has studied hard basing on their test score.Moreover,parents' love for their children is never built on things like performance in school.By saying that,it's a lie that will burn.
