摘要
传统的机械式车速表是由轮子输出动力,经驱动蜗轮轴带动软轴头端同步转动,使与软轴另一端固定的永久磁铁跟着同步转动,从而产生旋转磁场该磁场作用于转动盘,便使转动盘连同车速表指针发生同向的偏转.当电磁转矩与弹簧产生的阻力矩平衡时,指针偏转停留在某一角度上.指针偏转角与车速成正比,因而可用其表示车速.
机械式车速表的缺陷是明显的.由于表盘指针偏转程度正比于软轴的转动时产生的磁力,当转速较低的时候,磁力较小,随转速变化波动较大.因此,低速时乍速表指针摆动剧烈、测量及显示精度不高.对于发动机后置的车辆中,要将车速表指针的偏转动力由变速箱经软轴等传至驾驶室,软轴必然布置的较长,如何将这种长长的转动软轴从结构上布置妥当,肯定是一件十分困难的事情.加之传统机械式车速表的种种缺陷,该种仪表己渐渐被淘汰
本文介绍的速度与里程表设计以单片机最小系统和霍尔传感器为核心.传感器将不同车速转变成的不同频率的脉冲信号输入到单片机进行控制与计算,再采用LED模块进行显示,使得电动自行车的速度与里程数据能直观的显示给使用者.
本系统由霍尔传感器、RC滤波电路、单片机AT89S8252、系统化LED显示模块、数据存储电路组成.其中霍尔传感器包含信号放大和波形整形.对待测信号进行放大的目的是降低对待测信号的幅度要求;波形变换和波形整形电路则用来将放大的信号转换成可与单片机相连的TTL信号;通过单片机的设置可使内部定时器T1对脉冲输入引脚T0进行控制,这样能精确地算出加到T0引脚的单位时间内检测到的脉冲数;设计中速度显示采用LED模块,通过速度换算得来的里程数采用I2C总线并通过E2PROM来存储,既节省了所需单片机的口线和外围器件,同时也简化了显示部分的软件编程
本文先对里程表设计当中所需设备作了详细介绍,对设计中存在的问题进行了说明;而后对硬件和软件部分的设计和实现作了认真的分析;然后给出了系统的建模过程及相应的系统模型,在此基础上进行了控制仿真,并对仿真效果进行了比较.
本里程表的设计具有结构简单,成本低廉,显示清晰,稳定可靠等优点.并且可进行扩充,加入时速表的功能,更加方便的了解你现在所处的情况.

  Traditional mechanical speedometer output power from the wheels,worm gear drive shaft driven by the flexible shaft tip synchronous rotation,so that the other side of the fixed and flexible shaft of the permanent magnet synchronous rotation followed,resulting in rotating magnetic field of the magnetic field in the rotating disk,it disk rotation speed so that,together with the table pointer to the occurrence of the deflection.When the electromagnetic torque and resistance torque generated by the spring balance,the indicators remain at a deflection point of view.Pointer deflection is proportional to angle and speed,so that its speed can be used.
  Mechanical defects in the speed table is obvious.As the dial indicator shaft deflection is proportional to the degree of rotation of the magnetic force generated,when a lower speed,the magnetic force smaller,with larger fluctuations in speed changes.Therefore,the low-speed table pointer when the swing's intense,measurement and display accuracy is not high.The rear engine vehicle,the speedometer pointer to the deflection by the transmission power transmitted by flexible shaft,such as driver's cab,a long flexible shaft arrangement is bound to,how long will such a rotating shaft from the structural arrangement of properly,is certainly a very difficult task.In addition,the traditional mechanical speedometer all the defects,the instrument has gradually been eliminated
  This article describes the design of the speed and odometer to the smallest single-chip microcomputer system and the Hall sensor at the core.Different speed sensor into the different frequency pulse signal input to the control and calculation of single-chip,and then show that the use of LED modules,making the speed of electric bicycle mileage data and visual display to the user.
  The system by the Hall sensor,RC filter circuit,microcontroller AT89S8252,systematic LED display module,data storage circuit.Hall sensor which includes signal amplification and waveform shaping.Treatment of test signals to enlarge the purpose of treatment is to reduce the magnitude of the signal measurement requirements; wave transformation and wave shaping circuit is used to convert the amplified signal can be connected with the single-chip TTL signal; through the MCU can set up internal Timer T1 input pin T0 pulse control,this can be calculated accurately pin T0 added to the unit time detected pulses; design speed display using LED modules,obtained through the conversion rate of mileage using I2C bus and through E2PROM to store not only save the required mouth-line single-chip microcomputer and peripheral devices,as well as simplifying the display part of the software programming
  In this paper,among the first to design the necessary equipment odometer detail of the design problems are described; the latter part of the hardware and software design and the realization of made a serious analysis; and then gives the system modeling process and the corresponding system model,on the basis of a control simulation,and simulation results are compared.
  The odometer of the design is simple in structure,low costs,and show the clear advantages of stable and reliable.And can be expanded to include the function of table speed,and more convenient to understand the situation you are now.
