举个例子:(1)There are beaches walking (2) Thete are beaches to walk

后面跟着分词的一般表示正在做的动作：There are three persons watching TV. 后面跟不定式的表示要做的动作：There are many tasks to finish. 但是这些都是非谓语！ 谓语是are！
