aim at和be aimed at 有什么区别

aim to do/at/for sth一般用主动语态.某人的目标是什么
aim at:主动.I'm aiming at getting a high score in this English test./I aimed at the door but hit the window.
be aimed at/doing sth意为“为达到某个目的”以什么什么为目的的
be aimed at：被动：This policy is aimed at increasing production./The policy was aimed at providing affordable housing.
