We are so sorry to hear that the package of the sewing machine was broken when it arrived, which caused the parts broken of the machine. After checking, we found that it is because of the deficiency of the packaging itself.
We would like to show our sincere apologies. Currently, we would like to send you the broken parts so that you may fix it locally. What is more, for this freight, we would like to provide you with 10% discount as the compensation.
What is more, we have reported this to our department, who will get the way of packaging improved, so this situation may not happen again.
