选D吧
首先doctor在上文木有提出，所以下文不能用the，即不能特指。然后空前面用的是at,知道后文应该说的是一个地方，doctor's翻译为医生的(什么)，但是doctors是医生的复数，不能说他在医生。这个讲不通，所以此处的doctor's意译为医院
