两者在此处的意思差不多,我认为tend to比较好,自然的出现在梦里,lead to语气硬了些,因为某事导致了某事的发生.
lead to是导致的意思,它是由前者的发生而使得后面现象的出现.如:Your carelessness is sure to lead to trouble in the future.相当于result in,bring about,cause等.
tend to是趋向于,例如:In summer fruit tends to decay.夏天里水果容易坏.
