you are to the bar根本就讲不通,have you been to this bar问的是一个状态,问的是过去去过没有,而一般时态肯定只能用过去时表示,如果硬要用现在时态表示肯定的话,只能说you go to this bar,虽然这样说也不好很怪.最好的说法是you used to go to this bar.
