An Enjoyable Weekend
I had a good time last weekend. I spent the two days living with my grandparents in the countryside. I helped my grandpa with some farm work in his vegetable greenhouse. It was a wonderful and interesting place for me. The vegetables inside were growing healthily.
I also helped Xiaogang, a child next door to my grandpa’s, with his English. His spoken English was so poor that I spent two hours helping him in the morning. I taught him to sing an English song as well as a lot of everyday English. When he made a little progress, I felt satisfied with it. I really enjoyed myself
