I am a customer who bought a XQB50_20QD type wahsing machine from your company several days ago.I am afraid I really must complain about the quality of this product.
After using the wahsing machine for two days,several problems have been found.First,the wahsing machine made loud noise.Second,it could not wash the clothes clean.And now,it doesn't work at all.
This kind of problem caused me a lot of troubles.I have gone to your company to explain the problem twice.But because of some reason,the problem has still not been solved.
I prefer to tell you directly in the hope that you will do something to solve my problem.I will be appreciative if you either make a refund or sent me a replacement.
