1.whoever，其实whoever和no matter who意思是一样的，在某些地方是可以替换的，比如句子的

开头，如No matter who/whoerver he is，I will beat him.但是在上面的句子中，是不能用no matter

who的，因为help后面接的是宾语从句，这里需要一个宾语从句的引导词，不能用no matter ...
