这里面必须用基数词而不是序数词,指某一个地方的号码（如楼方的号码）都用基数词,而且因为是特指的,前面不用加冠词.
其它的都是序数词或者语法上的错误

用second的话，只能说 the second building.
用two, 就要大写开头字母，Building Two.
这是习惯用法。
