Due to the approximately two months delay in usage fees being wired into the Bank Account,the Revenue (as defined below) will first occur two months after EFD launches the Localized Game in Japan and the usage fees charged by EFD in the last month of the term of this Agreement will be wired to the Bank Account two months after the expiration date of this Agreement.For the purpose of this Agreement,the “Revenue Period” shall mean the time period during which ABC receives payment from the Billing and Settlement Agencies.
