Hope this letter finds you well.I just write to complain my stay at your hotel from 14th till 15th January.
The first one I complain is the shower.The shower is too cold.I tried to turn on the hot water tap,but there was no hot water coming out.The second is the dirty room.The room was so dirty.I found hairs on the bed,dust on the desk and the shower towel was so dirty!It really dissatisfied me.I was so unhappy with this hotel.The last thing is the holtel closed too early.It was 10 o'clock that night,I was about to go out,but the gate was closed.The waitress told that this hotel close at 10.It really suprised me.I never seen a hotel closed so early.
I write to complain so that you can change,and I really appreciate that if you can refund me half of the money I paid to reduce my unhappiness.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
