1 Dear Shirey,
Thank you for your last letter.How are you recently?
It is my pleasure to announce that i will have a piano performance in a week’s time.Of course,piano is my hobby but it is still a little bit uncomfortable for me to practice 3 hours a day.Despite of the hard work,I am pleased with this chance of being on the stage.I cannot conceal my giggling whenever I picture the night of the performance.The flowers,the applause and the sparking lights all excite me.

2 Protecting our living planet is a crucial task that everyone should take,isn’t it?The increasing number of productive factories worsens our atmosphere by emitting more poisonous gases.It urges us to take some actions straight way.As an individual,we need to keep an eye on our surroundings,too.It is not hard to bow down,stretching our hands,and pick up the litters on the ground.It seems so small but it will make a big contribution to save our planet if everyone embarks on doing it.
3 A happy winter vacation
It is always nice to see the city being covered with white flurry flakes.The nice smell of the delicious turkey and the subtle smell of wines adorn the Christmas.Christmas is the happiest thing in this winter vacation.It is the time for my parents to accomplish their promises of buying new clothes for me which they made in the beginning of the year.Even though I am not a child who believes in Santa any more,I still expect some gifts to be lied under the Christmas tree when I open my eyes in the next morning.This little expectation makes me feel excited.On the Boxing Day,I cannot wait to drag my parents out of their beds and urge them to go shopping.We went out with bare hands but we came back with two bags holding in every hand of each person.There are not just clothes but also our content and our happiness.
There is one more thing which makes the vacation even happier.I got a free ticket to Paris,the place I have been longing for a great many years.I nearly jumped high enough to reach the roof.From the day I got my ticket,i kept dreaming Paris in my head.I am looking forward to finding out the differences between my imaginary world of Paris and the Paris in reality.I thank God,for his birth and also the gift he gives me on the day of his birth.
